Greenway Property Care started with a simple idea: Canberra's south side deserves a property services company that actually cares about the properties it looks after and the environment they exist in.
We are three Canberra locals who decided to build something different. No synthetic chemicals, no hidden fees, no cutting corners. Every product we use is verified natural. Every price is fixed before we start. Every job is quality checked before we leave.
We are not a franchise and we are not backed by investors. We are building this from the ground up, one doorknock at a time, because we believe there is a better way to do property care.
The Team
Tom Atkinson
Director of Growth and Technology
Runs operations, technology and business development. Tom built the systems that keep GPC running smoothly and handles client acquisition strategy.
Connor Ordanic
Director of Outdoor Operations
Leads all outdoor and gardening operations. Oversees every outdoor job from planning to completion and ensures our zero synthetic chemical policy is upheld on site.
Zander Griffin
Director of Equipment and Quality Control
Manages all equipment, maintenance schedules and quality standards. Zander ensures every job meets the standard before we leave the property.

This is not a marketing slogan. It is a binding operational policy. Every cleaning product, every treatment solution, every chemical that touches your property has been verified as 100% natural and biodegradable.
This policy is enforced at every level of the business. No team member, no manager and no client request can override it. If a product contains synthetic chemicals, it does not get used. Full stop.
We maintain a verified product register and every product is approved before it enters our inventory.
